Gridspertise has a new headquarters in Milan: the new offices and labs were unveiled at the end of September. The ribbon-cutting was attended by the CEO, Robert Denda, in the presence of the company’s shareholders, the management team and all the Milan-based colleagues.
The brand-new offices have been designed to create a sustainable, technological and convivial space where all Gridspertise people can collaborate, share, focus, and use common areas maximizing and enjoying the time spent at the offices.
At the heart of the new headquarters, however, are the labs, finally reunited in the same building and refurbished with state-of-the-art technology. The technological excellence of Gridspertise will be testified by these new spaces, which will be pivotal in optimizing R&D activities. For example, in-house pre-compliance and TCA testing will be performed.
The cooperation, which is the basis for the implementation of Gridspertise’s labs, will establish the best conditions to perform important tests, the results of which will be analyzed by each expert. Collaboration plays a crucial role also in our relationships with partners, who will be able to test their solutions and developments in collaboration with Gridspertise. Furthermore, the quality of the company’s products will increase thanks to the most effective and efficient testing capabilities. An end-to-end approach will also help build more trust with customers.
In addition, Gridspertise will provide its customers with an environment called “Grid in a building”, a simulation technology platform, in which it is possible to replicate any present and future grid scenario to validate new use cases for an increasingly efficient and resilient grid.
A technological headquarters thus awaits all Gridspertise colleagues in Milan and everyone who works for the company with the aim of sharing ideas and experiences to constantly improve our way of working.
In his speech, the CTO, Gianni Ceneri, emphasized the dynamic and collaborative atmosphere of the new working space: “Gridspertise is a tech company with cutting-edge technology, and it plays an important role because it can revolutionize the world and this is a very strong message. We have brand-new labs, we have made investments and we have brought home many state-of-the-art tools: we work on technologies that give their maximum potential in integration, this new reality will allow us to do that as well. We have worked hard, and each of us contributed with our touch. This increases our shared passion”.
The importance of teamwork was highlighted by the Head of People & Organization, Silvia Latini, who has recently joined Gridspertise: “this inauguration is proof of our team effort. The new headquarters fully reflect Gridspertise’s identity, they are digital, innovative, and cutting-edge, and you can feel it even walking through the hallways. Our new offices are designed to create, share and be together, which means we can take advantage and add value to the moments of presence in the office. I hope we can all benefit from it because it is our home and reflects who we are''.
The CEO Robert Denda highlighted the sense of community evident immediately upon entering the new headquarters and the importance of having a common space where to build and celebrate Gridspertise’s milestones: “this office is the house for everyone at Gridspertise. Now we have a perfect space where to work all together and share our many everyday successes. I want to thank everyone involved in the project and in particular Alberto Pacchioni, who handled the offices and labs setup making our project of a new headquarters in Milan a reality”.
